Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery estimate is 5–8 business days from dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, busy periods or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Charges

Our UK standard delivery rates are:

  • England and Wales: £3.99
  • Scotland and Northern Ireland: £6.99

Enjoy free standard delivery when your order reaches the following minimum spend:

  • England and Wales: £50
  • Scotland and Northern Ireland: £75

The applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at grovelyandco@outlook.com. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Delayed, Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery period, or arrives damaged, please contact us at grovelyandco@outlook.com with your order number and details of the issue.

We’ll do our best to help resolve the problem. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Delivery estimates do not remove our responsibilities as a retailer under applicable consumer law.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or dispatched.
